The Torrential Parting is the seventh chapter in Monument Valley 3, in which Noor endeavors to recover a family who has been lost at sea due to the Lighthouse's destruction. By the end of the level, the family is reunited.

The family reunited
At the end of Vaiaku, Noor rescues a townsperson stranded in the water, who tells Noor how her family has been lost at sea. This level sees Noor reuniting the woman with her family, perhaps a daughter and granddaughter.
Noor first encounters a young girl, who is frightened and runs from Noor anytime she approaches. Due to this, Noor first has to find the girl's relative and take her on her boat back to the daughter, where the three of them then board and begin their return to Town. On the way back, however, they are swallowed by a giant fish and spend the remainder of the level inside of it. Eventually, the fish returns the trio to the Lighthouse, where the two girls are reunited with their relative.
After the reunion, one of the rescued women speaks with Noor, thanking her and revealing that she had seen someone else in the ruins, all alone.
