In-game description of the level

The Box is the eighth level in Ustwo's puzzle-adventure game Monument Valley.

Walkthrough[]

Pull up the top-right corner of the box first.
Step on the button.
Enter the BOTTOM door first.
Close the box and then open the top-left corner.
Walk around the edge to enter the third door.
Press the button.
Go back through the first door.
Close the box and open the top-right corner again.
Go through the TOP door.
Pull up the bottom-left corner.
Let the crow step on the button so that the bridge is horizontal.
Step on it.
Wait until it's vertical again, then step on the next button.
Close the box and open the bottom-right corner.
Pull the bridges up and put the Crow on the bottom platform.
Push the bridges down and let the crow walk onto the top one.
Pull it up and let the crow step on the button.
A gear appears. Turn it once.
Pull the back right wall up and turn that gear.
It opens more walls and reveals another gear, turn that one.
Make Ida, who appears, step on the first button to the left.
A path with another button appears, step on it.
A staircase to a door appears. Enter the door.
A small room with Ida in it rises up from the box. Make Ida step on the button in front of her.
Climb the stairs that appear to the next button. Press it.
Climb the stairs that appear to the next button. Press it.
A slope falls from the ceiling. Climb up the slope to the next button. Press it.
Enter the door that appears.
Press the button in front of Ida. The Box begins to close up.
Walk forward to the end of the level.
