Ida's RED Dream, more commonly known as Ida's Dream, is a standalone adventure available, free to play, from Ustwo's indie-style puzzle game Monument Valley. It is free to play and was first released as a fundraiser for RED, a charity working to stop AIDS. Therefore, any purchases made in the game would go straight to RED. The game is still available to play, but no purchases are available; hence, no more money goes to RED.

There aren't actual levels in Ida's Dream; rather, there is a structure with five different doors, each containing a small puzzle, that the player can complete in any order.
Walkthrough[]
Part One (Main Structure)
(From here, Ida can access the puzzles in any order. For this walkthrough, Ida will do them in any order).
- Walk around the structure and enter any door found. Note that the highest door isn't available yet. Then find the walkthrough for the door you entered below.
Part Two ('Geometric' Room)
This room is a hexagon-shaped grid with lines making up different geometrical shapes.
- Turn the platform to the left once.
- Walk across the straight line now formed.
- Turn the platform to the right again.
- Turn the platform some more so the two line-shapes connect.
- Walk across to the end of the next platform.
- Turn the platform to the left once.
- Walk up the line that resembles a greater-than symbol (>) to get to the end of the level.
Part Three ('Twisting'/'Door' Room)
This room is mostly blue and there are many twisting pillars and doors everywhere.
- Go through the SECOND accessible door.
- Walk over the white part, down the left 'wall', and around the bottom of the structure, right below the blue, 'drag-able' platform.
- Walk up the stairs and go through the door.
- Twist the gear once to the left.
- Climb up the twisted pillar and step on the button.
- Drag the blue platform over so Ida can descend the stairs and step on it.
- Go through the door.
- From here, go through the second accessible door from the starting point again.
- Twist the gear once to the right.
- Walk across the twisted pillar and go through the door that recently appeared.
Part Four ('Blue, Spiraling' room)
This room has two tall pillars connected at the bottom, is mostly blue, and has a gear on top to twist three different parts of the pillars.
- Twist the gear on top once to the right.
- Walk to the right and up the blue part. Walk onto the SECOND blue part.
- Turn the gear to the right once so Ida faces the inside.
- Walk all the way down and press the button.
- Walk up the closest blue part.
- Twist the gear to the right once. Walk down and around the outside. Once Ida reaches the next blue part, twist the gear on the top left and walk down onto the first blue part on the left.
- Twist the second gear, on the right, so it can connect with the blue part on the left. Connect the parts by twisting the gears.
- Step on the next button.
- Walk back across the "bridge" that was just created with the blue walkways.
- Walk onto the left blue part, then walk to the very top of the left pillar.
- Twist the gear so Ida can walk down the blue part.
- Connect the blue parts.
- Walk through the door.
Part Five ('Raining, Castle' Room)
This room looks like a castle with turrets and flags. It's raining here, and seemingly very small and flat.
- Walk onto the decorated tile at the bottom.
- Pull the gear that appears up just a little so that Ida can access the button on the right. Step on that button.
- Step on the decorated tile that appears.
- Pull the gear up so that there is an accessible button right next to Ida. Step on it.
- Climb up the closest ladder to the right.
- Keep climbing ladders until Ida reaches the button on top. Step on it.
- A new decorated tile appears. Climb all the way down to the bottom tile.
- Push the entire structure back down and step on the tile across the way.
- Pull the entire structure back up. Go through the door.
Part Six (Main Hub)
Now that all four rooms were completed, in whatever order they happened to be completed, you should be back in the main hub.
- Twist the gear to push the small platform down near the back of the hub.
- Step on the platform and pull it back up. Enter the final, top door.
Part Seven ('Spiky Room with Crows') This room has some crows sitting around it, as well as spikes in some spots. It's reminiscent of a castle.
- From the starting point, walk to the right and up.
- Twist the structure from the bottom to the left so that the platform Ida's on connects with another on the left.
- Walk to the end of the platform on the left and twist the platform so we can see where Ida is.
- Step on the platform that Ida was just on (now a different spot on the rotating platform).
- Twist the structure to the right again so Ida is where she was a few steps ago.
- Walk up onto the white area.
- Twist the whole structure so it's facing away from Ida. We should see the back of Ida's head. Walk forward onto the white area that Ida's platform now connects to.
- Twist the structure again so we see a ladder and a door. Climb down the ladder and walk onto the front of the rotating structure.
- Rotate the structure so it's facing the side with one lone crow. Walk to the crow, step back onto the middle platform, and rotate it so Ida can walk up.
- Walk to the very top of the structure.
- Twist it so Ida can walk down the staircase and onto the spiked wheel; walk down the stairs and onto said spiked wheel.
- Twist the gear to the left so Ida, on the wheel, can access a staircase.
- Climb the stairs and walk to the bottom platform accessible from this point.
- Walk around (you should be facing out of the structure on the bottom walkway) and climb down the ladder. Walk onto the innermost part of the rotating wheel.
- Twist it around once so Ida can go through the door.
- Enter the door.
Part Eight (Main Hub) A cutscene occurs where a platform for Sacred Geometry appears and Totem arrives.
- Step back onto the small platform controlled with the gear.
- Bring the platform down, Ida on it.
- Walk around to the next side of the structure, and walk down the staircase onto the lone platform.
- Slide Totem around so that his head is connected to the top platform. Go back up the stairs and walk around, up two more flights of stairs, and on top of Totem.
- Now on top of Totem, slide Totem onto the small platform controlled by a gear that took Ida to the uppermost floor.
- Slide the platform up with the gear.
- Now Ida can access the Sacred Geometry tile. Walk forward, and she will return the geometry.
Ida's Dream is now complete.
