In which Ida has an unexpected meeting
In-game description of the level
The Hidden Temple is the third chapter, or level, in Ustwo's puzzle-adventure game Monument Valley. In this level, Ida meets The Storyteller in the temple. The outfit collected in this level is the Storyteller-themed outfit.
Walkthrough[]
- Have Ida climb up the ladder right behind her.
- Drag the nearest platform over, have Ida stand on it, and drag it all the way back.
- Have Ida climb up this ladder.
- Drag this platform over, put Ida on it, and drag it back over.
- Have Ida go through the door.
- Drag the nearest platform down, have Ida stand on it, then push it up.
- Make Ida step on the button, which reveals a path.
- Climb up the small ladder and cross the bridge. Go through the door.
- Have Ida speak to the Storyteller.
- Climb the ladders that appear.
- Try to cross the bridge; it will crumble. Make Ida stand on the small patterned square near the bridge and push down the far platform to propel Ida up.
- Walk to the side and up the two ladders.
- Push down the other platform and make sure the two platforms align before putting Ida on the moveable one.
- Push the platform up and have Ida step on the button, revealing a staircase.
- Go to the end of the level.

- During Ustwo's five-year anniversary celebration, the outfit Ida collects in this level was the Storyteller-themed outfit.
